FB – Senior RB D'Arman Notoa Chosen to Wear No. 3 for 2020 Season
Ahead of the start of its first NCAA Division I campaign, the Dixie State University Football program announced that senior running back D'Arman Notoa has been awarded the No. 3 jersey for the 2020 season.
