FB | Grizzlies Impress NFL Scout

ALAMOSA—It's just not that far from Alamosa to the National Football League.  On February 17, nine current Adams State Grizzlies football players displayed their size and speed for Zach Devlin, a scout for the Phoenix Cardinals. The players showed out.  Wide receiver Jeff Jones, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, ran an impressive 4.4 seconds for forty yards, killer speed on a six-foot, three-inch frame.  Jones was not alone with a display of blazing speed.  Four Grizzlies ran a 4.5 or better.
