Falcons Signed Former 2nd Round Wide Receiver On Monday

So they're adding another receiver to their ranks as we get closer to the summer. On Monday, the Falcons announced the signing of former second-round pick J.J. Arcega-Whiteside. In a corresponding move, they placed second year wide receiver Jared Bernhardt on the reserve/retired list.
