Falcons have activated their succession plan at quarterback

ATLANTA — The Falcons are deeply exploring their succession plan at quarterback and met with Houston quarterback Deshaun Watson in Atlanta on Wednesday, the team acknowledged. Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan is due a roster bonus by Saturday and reportedly would like to have a decision before that deadline.
