Ellington at Tennessee Voted Top Individual Performance

The votes are in, and the Top Individual Performance in Georgia State's first decade of football, as selected by the Panther Family, is by quarterback Dan Ellington in leading the Panthers to their 38-30 victory at Tennessee last season for GSU's first win over a Power 5 conference opponent.
