Edwards Named Finalist for Harlon Hill Trophy
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Valdosta State junior quarterback Sammy Edwards was announced Wednesday morning as one of nine finalists for the 2023 Harlon Hill Trophy, the NCAA Division II College Football Player of the Year.
