Eagles Are Waiving Former Ohio State Running Back Star

By Matt Audilet The Philadelphia Eagles are releasing 24-year-old running back Trey Sermon before today's roster cut deadline, per NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport. Sermon entered the league as a third-round draft pick for the San Francisco 49ers in 2021, but was released after his rookie season. He was claimed off waivers by the Eagles last September.
