Dukes Picked Third; Isabella and Ackerman Named All-Conference in NEC Preseason Release

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – The Northeast Conference (NEC) announced its preseason poll and all-conference teams ahead of the 2023 season at Media Day Wednesday morning, hosted at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. Duquesne was picked to finish third in the eight-team league and picked up one of nine first-place votes. Junior wide receiver Joey Isabella and defensive lineman A.J. Ackerman were recognized as preseason all-conference selections for the Red and Blue.
