Developer focused on neighborhood between downtown Allentown and Waterfront that ‘needs a little love'

Alex Wright and the Manhattan Building Co., who recently converted a former Allentown Slovak club into 22 apartments, has asked the Allentown Parking Authority for help in building a 50-unit residential complex next door.
