DeMedal Repeats as NEC Scholar-Athlete; 40 Dukes Named to Academic Honor Roll

SOMERSET, N.J. – For the second consecutive season, Duquesne defensive back Spencer DeMedal (New Wilmington, Pa. / Wilmington, Area) has been named the Northeast Conference's (NEC) Fall Scholar-Athlete for the sport of football, conference officials announced on Tuesday afternoon. In addition, 40 Dukes were recognized on the NEC Commissioner's and Academic Honor Rolls for their standout work in the classroom.
