Defensive Duo of Anderson & Canady Garner All-ECAC First Team Honors

Following the Eastern College Athletic Conference’s (ECAC) postseason bowl games that saw the Brevard College football team take home the Scotty Whitelaw Bowl crown, the ECAC has announced its 2019 Division IIII Football All-ECAC Teams and Major Awards. 

Junior defensive standouts Dante Anderson (safety) and Steffon Canady (linebacker) were selected as All-ECAC First Team defensive honorees. 

The duo of Tornados become the first-ever BC student-athletes to earn postseason accolades from the ECAC.
