Davis sets program record with third pick six to earn LSC Defensive Player of the Week honors

WICHITA FALLS, Texas — Midwestern State's Dylon Davis earned his second Lone Star Conference Defensive Player of the Week honor of the season Monday afternoon.

The 5-10 sophomore cornerback returned an interception for a touchdown for the third time this season while helping the Mustangs clinch its fourth LSC championship with a 36-30 win over UT Permian Basin Saturday at Memorial Stadium.
