Court throws out over 2,000 undated ballots in ruling that could decide tight state Senate race in western Pennsylvania

Commonwealth Court on Wednesday accepted Republican Nicole Ziccarelli’s appeal and ordered that, for now, Allegheny County cannot count more than 2,300 mail-in ballots without dates on their exterior envelopes. She's running against incumbent Democrat Jim Brewster.
