Coughlan, Vitelli & Abbott Earn All-ECAC Honors

Three members of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy football team were selected to the 2019 All-ECAC Teams announced by the Eastern College Athletic Conference on Wednesday. Senior offensive lineman John Coughlan (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) and classmate, wide receiver Joe Vitelli (Warrington, Pa.), were selected to the First Team, while fellow senior quarterback Krystian Abbott (Lansing, Kan.), was selected to the Second Team along with Vitelli once again, this time as a return specialist.
