Colts Make Decision On Anthony Richardson For Preseason Opener

According to Colts insider Kevin Bowen, he will be. Head coach Shane Steichen has announced that Richardson will start for the Colts against the Bills this Saturday with all of the starters playing around a quarter. Richardson was named the Colts' starter rather early in training camp.
