Colonels shut out in playoffs against No. 14/17 SIU

CARBONDALE, Ill. – No. 14/17 Southern Illinois jumped out to a three-touchdown lead in the first quarter and never looked back as the Nicholls State University football team was defeated 35-0 in the opening round of the FCS playoffs Saturday afternoon at Saluki Stadium.
