Colin Cowherd Thinks Bears Would Be 'Playoff Viable' With Jim Harbaugh

On Wednesday's edition of The Herd, Cowherd made the case that the Chicago Bears would be a good fit for Harbaugh for a litany of reasons including Harbaugh's familiarity with the region and the Bears' resources, it could work.
