Clements claims fourth career AFCA Regional Coach of the Year award

Jim Clements, the all-time winningest coach in Kutztown University football history, added another American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Regional Coach of the Year award to his storied list of accomplishments, the organization announced Wednesday.
