Chiefs Release Super Bowl Hero RB Damien Williams

The Kansas City Chiefs have released running back Damien Williams from the team. The Chiefs made the decision as it looks like the team is committing to the youth they have at the position. Last season, the Chiefs drafted Clyde Edwards-Helaire in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Edwards-Helaire became the team’s new starting running back and played in 13 games last season.
