Chiefs Release Player After Making Waiver Claim On Wednesday

The team released defensive tackle Matt Dickerson on Wednesday afterrecently putting a waiver claim on Darius Rush. The Indianapolis Colts drafted Rush in the fifth-round in the 2023 NFL Draft before they soon released him. Dickerson, 27, has more time in the league than Rush. He spent last season with the Atlanta Falcons and three with the Tennessee Titans. Now it looks like he will spend his fifth NFL season elsewhere that will be determined on the open market.
