Chicago Bears beat the Carolina Panthers 23-16 on the road to improve to 5-1 for the 1st time since 2012

Chicago Bears safety DeAndre Houston-Carson intercepted Carolina Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater with 1:32 to play to seal the Bears’ 23-16 victory Sunday afternoon.That play was one of several big ones for the Bears defense, which came to the rescue often to help the Bears improve to 5-1 for the first time since 2012.
