CCC Offensive Rookie of the Week: Justan Luzzi

NEWPORT, R.I. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has selected Salve Regina University freshman running back Justan Luzzi (Bellville, N.J.) as its Offensive Rookie of the Week for football.
