Catamounts Climb in the Latest FCS National Rankings

Cullowhee, N.C. – Winners of two straight including retaining "the Rock" traveling trophy with last Saturday's dominant win over ETSU in the "Blue Ridge Border Battle," Western Carolina football climbed in both NCAA Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) national polls that were released on Monday (Nov. 13). Entering the final week of the FCS regular season, the Catamounts are ranked 14th in the Stats Perform FCS Top 25 media poll and are slated at No. 18 in the latest AFCA Coaches poll.
