CARTER NAMED SECOND-TEAM ALL-REGION

WISE – – UVA Wise sophomore Robert Carter has been named Second-Team All-Region by the D2 Conference Commissioner's Association. A Ringold, Va. native, Carter established a new single-season NCAA Division II era program record with six interceptions while ranking first in the South Atlantic Conference in the category.
