CARTER NAMED HONORABLE MENTION ALL-AMERICAN

WISE – – Sophomore defensive back Robert Carter has been named an Honorable Mention All-American by Don Hansen. A Ringold, Va. product, Carter becomes the third UVA Wise football player to be named All-America since the school joined NCAA Division II joining wide receiver James Long and linebacker Zachary Blair as former student-athletes to earn honor.
