CARTER NAMED DEFENSIVE BACK OF THE YEAR BY RICHMOND TD CLUB

RICHMOND – – UVA Wise sophomore defensive back has been named Small College Defensive Back Of The Year by the Richmond Touchdown Club. A Ringold, Va. native, Carter becomes the first player in program history to earn the award and joins former Highland Cavaliers Ra'Shad Morgan and Zachary Blair as players honored by the Richmond Touchdown Club.
