Cardinals Run Through Bengals In Season Opener

PITTSFORD, N.Y. – The St. John Fisher University football team welcomed the students back to campus by putting on a show at Growney Stadium against Buffalo State. After collecting a total of 525 total yards and scoring nine touchdowns, the Cardinals defeated the Bengals 62-21 to start the new campaign 1-0. It is the first time since 2019 that Fisher recorded over 500 totally offensive yards and the first time they score over 60 points since 2016.
