Carter, who was released by the New York Jets on Tuesday, is now heading to Phoenix on a waiver claim from the Cardinals franchise. The team announced this move with an official statement: Carter entered the NFL ranks as a fourth-round pick for the Jets in the 2021 NFL Draft.
