Carchio Named MAC Defensive Player of the Week

ANNVILLE, PA (November 14, 2021) — While the dust settles after a thrilling Mayor's Cup victory on Saturday, the accolades start to roll in for junior defensive back Joseph Carchio as he was named the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Defensive Player of the Week. Carchio led the Monarchs defense that held Wilkes to just seven points, a touchdown in the first half, as they defeated the Colonels, 34-7, in the 25th annual Mayor's Cup.
