Browns activate Jamie Gillan from COVID-19 list, put Garrett Gilbert on it, Karl Joseph on PUP

The Browns shared good and bad news Monday stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.The team activated punter Jamie Gillan from the reserve COVID-19 list, but it also placed quarterback Garrett Gilbert on the same list.In other words, Gilbert either tested positive for the virus or has been quarantined after coming in close contact with at least one infected person.
