Breaking: Bears Reportedly Trading No. 1 Overall Draft Pick

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Bears are trading the No. 1 overall pick in April's NFL Draft to the Panthers. Rapoport notes that Chicago dealt the pick in exchange for "big-time compensation including multiple 1st rounders." In moving up to the No. 1 pick, it's likely the Panthers are targeting one of the top quarterback prospects in the draft. Whether that's Alabama's Bryce Young, Ohio State's C.J.
