BISON TOO MUCH FOR LADY HORNETS IN SAT. CONTEST

(Jan. 30, 2021) —Jayla Thornton scored a game-high 23 points, highlighted by seven three-point field goals, to lead Howard to a 71-60 women's basketball win in a MEAC Northern Division contest at Burr Gym today. Thornton, the MEAC's third leading scorer at 14.8 points per game, was eight-for-15 from the field, including seven-of-12 on three-pointers.
