As first reported by NFL insider Field Yates, Buffalo has released backup signal caller Matt Barkley from IR with an injury settlement. Barkley, 32, is now a free agent and can sign with any team of his choosing. "The Bills have released QB Matt Barkley from IR with an injury settlement.
