Big Second Quarter Powers Lutes Past Kingsmen, 37-27

It was a roller coaster first half for the Pacific Lutheran University football team on Saturday at Sparks Stadium. The Lutes trailed visiting California Lutheran University by 10 after the opening quarter but piled on 27 unanswered points in the second quarter to seize command of the game and never looked back, leaning heavily on the ground game in a 37-27 triumph over the Kingsmen.
