Bates routs Bowdoin 30-5 in first nighttime home game

The Bates football team ended its 17-game losing streak in a big way Saturday night, trouncing rival Bowdoin 30-5 at Garcelon Field in the first nighttime home football game in team history. Tyler Bridge rushed for 188 yards and Brendan Costa passed for three touchdowns as Malik Hall claimed his first victory as head coach.
