Austin College Mourns the Passing of Eddie Brister

SHERMAN, Texas – Austin College is saddened by the passing of alum and former football coach Eddie Brister at the age of 70 on February 7, 2021. Brister played football for the 'Roos before returning to serve as an assistant coach from 2006-2009.
