Atlanta Falcons Released Veteran Player On Tuesday Afternoon

By Daniel Bates After 17 games in Atlanta, the Falcons are reportedly moving off one of their offensive linemen. Per the team, veteran tackle Germain Ifedi has been released, saving Atlanta nearly $1 million in cap space in 2023. Ifedi appeared in every game for the Falcons last season but never made a start and saw only 80 offensive snaps on the year. Prior to his arrival in the ATL, the former first-round pick had started 83 of his first 85 games as a member of the Seahawks and and Bears.
