Athletic Department Statement on COVID-19

WISE – – Earlier today, the University of Virginia and The University of Virginia's College at Wise made the decision to halt in person classes for the foreseeable future in response to the COVID-19 virus. The situation will be reviewed on April 5 and periodically over the rest of the semester. At this time, UVA Wise will continue playing spring athletic competitions as planned while campus officials continue to monitor the situation closely.
