Alfred University to Induct Six into Athletics Hall of Fame

ALFRED, NY – Six talented Alfred University Alumni will get the department's highest honor, as they will be welcomed into the Alfred University Athletics Hall of Fame, the department announced on Friday, May 15.  The Saxon Nation Hall of Fame committee elected Jared Manzer '10 (football), Jesika (LeBarron) King '10 (softball), John 'Skip' Hyde '83 (swimming and diving, men's soccer), Kameron Chambliss '10 (swimming and diving), Bryan J. Hill '90 (men's basketball), and Steven Lester '77 (football), making up the 2020 induction class. The Hall of Fame selection committee also chose Hill as the second recipient of the Distinguished Saxon Alumni award, and Lester will be the second Silver Saxon honoree.
