The 2001 season was a special one for Lehigh football. The Mountain Hawks had an undefeated regular season for the third time in four seasons, won a fourth straight Patriot League title and hosted the first NCAA playoff game at Goodman Stadium, where Lehigh rallied to top Hofstra in overtime.
