Zips Turn in Stellar Spring Semester in the Classroom

AKRON, Ohio – The University of Akron athletic teams shined in the classroom this past semester as its student-athletes rose to the challenge registering a banner 2020-21 academic year, one that saw the 17 Zips' squads posted a cumulative 3.399 GPA, including every team garnering a team GPA of 3.0 or better. The efforts of the Akron squads for the 2021 Spring Semester garnered a 3.418 GPA.
