WNE Football Hosts Coach to Cure MD Game Versus Salisbury on Saturday

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (September 22, 2022) – The Western New England football team looks to earn a win in their final non-conference game of the 2022 regular season when the Sea Gulls of Salisbury University meet with the Golden Bears on Saturday, September 24. The game will also be the Coach to Cure MD Game which is a partnership between the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA), a professional organization for over 10,000 college and high school football coaches and staff, and Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy (PPMD), the largest national charity devoted exclusively to Duchenne muscular dystrophy (Duchenne). The Western New England football coaching staff will wear patches in honor of the AFCA’s Coach to Cure MD Program.
