With 20 years of baking experience under her apron, woman plans to open cake shop on Main Street in Northampton

Star Gaetaniello, an experienced and well-known Lehigh Valley baker, and her husband, Tom, plan to open Cakes on Main bakery recently closed on a two-story building at 929 Main St. in Northampton and plan to open a bakery on its first floor in January following renovations.
