Tight Race at the IWU Fall Invitational, UC Earns Third Place

Noblesville, IN – In the closest tournament matchup of the season just two strokes separated third place from first. UC had the lead after the opening round with a score of 301 (+13) but followed it up with a round two score of 304 (+16) putting them in third place. The team adjusted and earned their best score of 299 (+11) however both Taylor University and Marian University recorded a of 293 (+5) on day two to keep UC out of reach of first place.
