Rice Named to D2Football.com Elite 100

The 2023 accolades continue to roll in for West Liberty University defensive lineman, Cam Rice, as he was named to the D2Football.com Elite 100 on Thursday afternoon. Rice's selection makes it two consecutive season's that a Hilltopper has earned the honor, after Shon Stephens was named a first team defensive back a year ago. He is one of five athletes from the Mountain East Conference to earn the recognition, which includes three defensive linemen. Since its inception in 2000, D2Football.com has announced an Elite 100 list annually with input from coaches, scouts, media, and sports information directors from around the country.
