Quick named VaSID Defensive Player of Year as seven Cougars earn football all-state accolades

Averett University senior Tristin Quick was named the Defensive Player of the Year by the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID), which released its annual awards Friday. In all, seven Cougars were named to the 2021 VaSID All-State Team.
