On September 30, 2011, senior Bobby Tarr and sophomore Lorenzo Warren both ran for two touchdowns and senior defensive end Sal Ruffino led a strong defensive effort as Bentley put up 21 unanswered points in the second half to top American International, 28-10, in a Friday night home game.
