Northeastern State football inks agreement with Tarleton State
TAHLEQUAH — Northeastern State football will head south of the Red River for the first time in nearly a decade this spring. The RiverHawks will face newly minted NCAA Division I program, Tarleton State, on March 27 in Stephenville.
