Lion Athletics raises $102,880 during Lion Athletics Scholarship Fund Giving Day

COMMERCE – Following a relaunch of its comprehensive fundraising strategy announced last month, Texas A&M University-Commerce Athletics raised a total of $102,880 during its first Lion Athletics Scholarship Fund Giving Day on March 5. During the 24-hour initiative, the department surpassed its inaugural goals of $100,000 from 100 donors, receiving contributions supporting all 14 Division I sport programs, the Lion Athletics Scholarship Fund, and the cheer and dance programs from a total of 130 donors.
