Lehigh Valley at risk of severe weather, excessive rainfall this week; ‘rotating storms’ not out of the question, weather service says

A week after the remnants of Hurricane Ida flooded the Lehigh Valley’s rivers, creeks and roadways, the area is again at risk of severe weather.
